The use of the Site by any person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is governed by these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"), which are intended to define the conditions of access to and use of the Site.

The Site presents the services offered by the Hôtel du Port through its hotel and restaurant activities, in particular by allowing Users to address questions to the Hôtel du Port via the "Contact" section of the Site and to make on-line reservations for stays.

6. MEDIATOR - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with article L. 156-1 of the Consumer Code, the Hôtel du Port offers its clients a consumer mediation system by adhering to the sectorial mediation system, MTV - MEDIATION TOURISM AND TRAVEL. 

After having contacted the hotel's customer service department and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 15 working days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and methods of referral are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.
