Lisa, our director, began her journey at INSEEC Paris with a specialisation in international management.

She was able to gain international exposure by working abroad in places such as Puerto Rico and Barcelona.

After spending a year at IBM as a sales representative and six months at Ladurée, she acquired comprehensive experience and learned about luxury and bespoke service.

It has now been 7 years since Lisa joined our team, allowing her to gain a perfect understanding of the field. Started from bottom, she is now the true leader of this team.



Our chef, François-Joseph BERNARD, began his career in renowned French establishments such as Lenôtre, the luxurious Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz, and the palace Hôtel Les Airelles in Courchevel.

Throughout his professional journey, our chef has learned extensively in the field of catering, experiencing the precision of a Michelin-starred restaurant, the fast-paced environment of brasseries, the demands of private clients as a personal and home chef, and various events such as weddings, birthdays, and seminars.

Today, it has been 4 years since François-Joseph BERNARD joined our team to provide you with a responsible cuisine focused on 100% homemade dishes.


The Events Manager :


Benjamin began his career in New York City, where he managed a company specialised in the creation of promotional and customised items for the events industry for five years. This experience not only made him bilingual in English but also equipped him with strong business acumen.

Upon returning to Paris, he decided to dedicate himself to his passion: event organisation. He joined a private company that organises meetings and conferences for scientific societies and pharmaceutical laboratories throughout France.

In 2015, he embarked on the adventure of Hôtel du Port****. With his organisational skills, adaptability, and knowledge of the field, he has been the Commercial Director of the events department since 2021.

He is dynamic, kind and trustworthy, having a phone conversation with him is an experience you will not forget.

Hospitality Manger :

Pierre Van Houtte, our latest addition to the Hôtel du Port team. As the Director of Accommodation, this Franco-British is here to welcome and assist you throughout your stay.

After completing his studies in England at the University of Oxford and later at St Andrews, Pierre decided to return to his childhood country, France. Trained within one of our 4-star hotels in Paris, he quickly climbed the ranks thanks to his customer-oriented expertise.
